That specializes in savory crawfish pies, gumbo, beef yakamein, crawfish stuffed baked potatoes, and pralines. The company is owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Terrence and Krystal Carroll. They are New Orleans natives who grew up in Hollygrove, located in the 17th ward. They attended the same elementary school, had the same upbringing (were raised by their grandmothers), have the same hearts, same goals, and same hustle. Although they had been knowing each other since elementary school, little did they know that they'd be on a joint venture together, cooking great food and serving it to the people in the city. Delicious, a must try. They also have other flavors king cake, pina colada, wedding cake & original. The king cake ones were sold out but I'm sure they taste good as well. We ordered the large crawfish pie as to take home.

I don't have pictures of the meals. But I'm telling the taste of the food is THE BEST! I would always recommend anyone coming to New Orleans, come to the east and try them out. You won't be disappointed.
